We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, handle statutory compliances, and support management with accurate financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP/accounting software.
• Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
• Maintain cash book, bank book, ledger accounts, and vouchers.
• Perform bank reconciliation and regular ledger reconciliation.
• Handle GST-related accounting and documentation, including purchase/sales data and reconciliation.
• Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and vendor balances.
• Verify invoices, bills, supporting documents, and payment requests.
• Prepare MIS reports, expense reports, receivable/payable statements, and other financial reports as required by management.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist auditors, consultants, and management during audits and financial reviews.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com/ CA Intern or equivalent qualification.
• More than 3 years of experience in accounting.
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
• Experience in handling day-to-day accounts independently will be preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in automobile dealership, showroom, trading, retail, or service-sector accounting will be an advantage.

Compensation and Location

• Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
• Work Location: In person
