This is a full-time, permanent position offering a monthly salary of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, located in person.

Key Responsibilities

Taxation & Compliance

• Maintain data for all taxes - GST (GSTR-1, 3B, annual return), TDS/TCS, advance tax and e-commerce TCS and coordinate with the external accountant for filing.
• Reconcile input tax credit monthly (GSTR-2B vs purchase register) and follow up with non-compliant vendors.
• Support the external accountant on the annual income tax return and tax audit where applicable.
• Track and renew licences and registrations- trade licence, GST, IEC, Udyam, insurance.

Accounting & Reconciliation

• Monthly reconciliation of bank statements, order reports, payables and receivables.
• Reconcile sundry debtor and creditor accounts and obtain balance confirmations.
• Prepare and maintain sales invoices and share copies with clients as needed.
• Issue GST credit notes and track refunds against returns and cancellations.
• Maintain the fixed asset register, depreciation schedule, and the proprietor's capital and drawings account.
• Maintain records and documents for invoices, purchase orders, logistics receipts.

E-commerce & Inventory

• Reconcile payment gateway and marketplace payouts against orders, including COD remittances, RTO, refunds, shipping and gateway charges.
• Prepare monthly data for MIS, stock register, production plan, purchase register and inventory control.
• Coordinate quarterly physical stock counts, report variances, and value WIP and closing stock.

Import, Export & Logistics

• Coordinate logistics and prepare documentation for domestic, import and export transactions, and regularise transactions with the bank.
• Manage export compliance and track realisation of export proceeds within prescribed timelines.
• Assist the founder's office with ad-hoc financial analysis and other tasks as assigned.
