A construction company is seeking an in-person Senior Accountant based in Ahmedabad with extensive experience in construction and infrastructure accounting, project cost tracking, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and general ledger accuracy.
• Handle project-wise accounting.
• Manage contractor billing and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and review GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Coordinate with site teams for bill verification, approvals, and documentation.
• Assist in cash flow management, fund planning, and bank coordination.
• Prepare financial statements, schedules, and management reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be a resident of Ahmedabad.
• B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or CA Inter background.
• 10+ years of experience in construction or real estate accounting (minimum 7 years in construction required).
• Mandatory proficiency in Tally ERP software.
