This is an opportunity for a Senior Accounts Executive to handle book-keeping, financial record maintenance, client follow-ups, and statutory compliance. Immediate joiners and candidates with prior work experience in a CA firm will be preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Intern, CA

Responsibilities

• Book keeping including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements
• Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments
• Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc
• Following up for payments with clients
• Drafting proposals and contracts for clients
• Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz GST, TDS, and Profession tax

Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel (Knowledge of Zoho would be an added advantage)
• Self-motivated and ability to work without supervision
• Verbal and written English communication
