Dhaval Thakkar & Associates is seeking three diligent Account Executives to manage day-to-day accounting and compliance for a diverse client portfolio at our Isanpur, Ahmedabad office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally / accounting software for multiple clients
• Record purchases, sales, expenses, journal entries, and bank entries
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and party accounts
• Compute and assist in filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS returns, and reconciliations (GSTR-2B / books)
• Prepare data for income tax return filing and audit finalisation
• Handle invoicing, e-way bills, and e-invoicing where applicable
• Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and expense tracking
• Coordinate with clients for data collection, queries, and document follow-up
• Assist seniors during statutory, tax, and internal audits
• Maintain organised digital and physical records for compliance readiness

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com / M.Com / Inter-CA (dropout) or equivalent
• 1–4 years of experience in a CA firm or accounts department (freshers with strong fundamentals may apply)
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime; MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and MS Word
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax provisions
• Familiarity with government portals (GST, Income Tax, TRACES) preferred
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English
