Accenture is seeking a Tax Associate with 1 to 3 years of experience to join their Finance Operations vertical, focusing on statutory reporting and direct tax processing.

Responsibilities

• Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions.
• Handle statutory reporting and tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of complex tax returns.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly calculations and workpapers.
• Record and report tax transactions and perform effective tax rate reconciliation.
• Generate source data and perform required analysis to support direct periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) tax filings based on client interpretation of statutory and tax requirements (e.g., Corporate tax, Federal tax).

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or Bachelor/Master Degree in commerce
• CA / CPA / CA Inter (Preferred)

• Knowledge of RTR tools
• Analytical skills
• Knowledge of current technologies in the RTR domain
• Understanding of RPAs
• US GAAP & IFRS knowledge
