Livestock Solutions Pvt. Ltd., manufacturer of the cattle feed brand Nutricana, is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day accounting operations, record maintenance, and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally or accounting software accurately and promptly.
• Prepare sales and purchase invoices, credit/debit notes, and ensure proper documentation and filing.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation of bank statements with company books.
• Support preparation of vendor and employee payments and maintain payment records.
• Assist in compiling data for GST returns, TDS calculations, and filing support.
• Maintain petty cash registers and ensure proper tracking of physical and digital payments.
• Help maintain updated inventory records in coordination with the dispatch and production teams.
• Provide documentation and data to auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Assist in generating basic financial reports and summaries as required by the Finance Manager.
• Ensure timely filing, scanning, and maintenance of all accounting documents and registers.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com (CMA/CA Inter preferred) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
