Role Overview

We are looking for a Company Secretary with strong practical exposure during CS training/articleship in ROC/MCA compliances, corporate secretarial work and FEMA/RBI compliances.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and assist with ROC/MCA filings

• AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-12, PAS-3, ADT-1, DIR-3 KYC, etc. Prepare Board/AGM/EGM notices, agendas, minutes and resolutions. Maintain statutory registers, minutes books and secretarial records. Assist with company incorporation, share allotment/transfer and other corporate actions. Support FEMA/RBI compliances, including exposure to FC-GPR, FC-TRS, FLA and ODI filings. Coordinate with AD Banks for FEMA-related documentation and filings. Assist with preparation/review of MOA, AOA and LLP agreements. Maintain compliance calendars and coordinate with clients for timely documentation and filings. Candidate

Requirements

Qualified Company Secretary (CS) / CS Finalist with relevant training exposure. Practical exposure to ROC/MCA compliances is mandatory. FEMA/RBI exposure during training/articleship is strongly preferred. Good understanding of the Companies Act, 2013. Familiarity with MCA V3 / FIRMS portals. Strong drafting, documentation, communication and follow-up skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Prior training experience with a CS/CA firm, consulting firm, law firm or corporate compliance team will be an advantage. Ideal Candidate A CS fresher who has hands-on training exposure rather than only theoretical knowledge, particularly in ROC/MCA and FEMA/RBI compliances.
