Responsibilities

• Statutory record keeping and compliance
• Coordination of board and general meetings
• Assistance with corporate restructuring, M&As, and due diligence
• SEBI compliance for listed entities
• Company incorporation and dissolution

Requirements

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 2-5 years of work experience
• Strong knowledge of corporate laws and SEBI regulations
• Experience in legal documentation, corporate governance, and M&A
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Minimum 2 years of secretarial work experience
• Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Panchsheel Enclave, Delhi before starting work
