We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary (CS) to manage corporate compliances, MCA/ROC filings, and secretarial activities with 2+ years of experience based in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.

Responsibilities

• Handle MCA/ROC and Companies Act, 2013 compliances.
• Manage Board Meetings, AGM, minutes, resolutions, and statutory registers.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory filings.
• Handle director, shareholder, share allotment, and other corporate compliances.
• Support IPO/pre-IPO, fundraising, and listing-related activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, merchant bankers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable SEBI regulations.

Requirements

• Qualified CS; candidates awaiting membership after qualification may also apply.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Companies Act, MCA/ROC, and SEBI compliances.
• IPO/pre-IPO and capital market compliances experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, drafting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
