About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have recently completed their Company Secretary qualification or are semi-qualified and looking to build their career with a well-established mid-sized Practising Company Secretary (PCS) firm.The role offers hands-on exposure to corporate compliance, secretarial practices, regulatory filings, and advisory work across diverse clients. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in company incorporation, ROC filings, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and corporate documents.
• Draft board resolutions, meeting notices, agendas, and minutes.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable corporate laws.
• Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Support due diligence, secretarial audits, and corporate restructuring assignments.
• Track compliance calendars and ensure timely statutory filings.
• Assist senior professionals in advisory and compliance-related assignments. **

Eligibility

Criteria**

• Semi-Qualified Company Secretary, or Qualified Company Secretary with up to 1 year of experience.
• Candidates who have completed (or are proposing to complete) their articleship/training under a Practising Company Secretary (PCS) will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and corporate secretarial practices.
• Good drafting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional PCS environment. **
