NIIT Limited Plot No. 85, Sector 32, Institutional Area, Gurugram 122001** Role Overview The Industrial CA Trainee will be responsible for supporting the finance, tax and compliance functions of the organization. The trainee will gain hands‑on experience in financial planning & analysis, MIS reporting, budgeting, and statutory compliance, within the organisation. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support in closing books of accounts (Month-end / Year-end).
• Ind AS knowledge
• Perform ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation workings. 2. Taxation & Compliance
• Assist in GST return preparation, reconciliations (GSTR-2B, 3B vs. books), and audits.
• Support TDS and income‑tax related compliance
• Tax Audit, Income Tax Return, TDS, Foreign payments etc.
• Prepare documentation for statutory audit, internal audit, and cost audit. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with operation team, treasury team
• Support automation and digitization initiatives in finance. **

Key Skills

& Competencies**

• Strong knowledge of accounting, IND-AS, GST, and basic tax concepts.
• Good analytical and numerical ability.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI (optional), and ERP systems (SAP).
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
