Job Description KNAV is seeking highly driven and proactive professionals to join its US PCAOB Audit Practice as an Assurance Associate. The role offers exposure to audits of publicly listed and high-growth companies operating in the United States. Associates will work closely with engagement teams on financial statement audits performed in accordance with PCAOB, U.S. SEC reporting requirements, and FASB U.S. GAAP guidance. This position is ideal for candidates who are qualified Chartered Accountants (CA), Certified Public Accountants (CPA), or individuals actively pursuing the CPA qualification and seeking experience in U.S. public company audits and international assurance engagements . • International Assurance (PCAOB Profile)** Practice Area International Assurance and Accounting Advisory Qualification CA, CPA or ACCA Experience Fresher -2 Yrs Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of audit work papers and documentation
• Able to monitor and supervise articled trainees and efficiently assisting the reporting managers
• Ready to work on engagements throughout the year and willingness to put long hours, including on weekends when needed.
• Able to assist in performing detailed review involving identification, articulation and resolution of accounting and auditing issues vis-à-vis the industry regulations and benchmark
• Able to learn and use audit tools and software, good in Microsoft Excel and good memo drafting skills.
• Able to effectively communicate and recommend solutions for various issues to the clients
• Able to develop strong client relationship and deliver results to client satisfaction to ensure smooth closure of the assignment
• Ability to research, prepare, and review memos on complex technical accounting and auditing issues. Skills Required:
