Role Description The CA article assistant will support audit, accounting, and tax assignments under the supervision of senior team members in a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Day-to-day tasks may include preparing and reviewing financial statements, assisting with statutory, tax, and internal audits, and helping ensure compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations. The role will involve maintaining books of accounts, working on income tax, GST, and other returns, and supporting documentation and working papers for audits and assessments. The article assistant will liaise with clients for data collection and clarifications, assist in drafting reports, and help with ROC and other regulatory filings as needed. The position is designed to provide hands-on training aligned with the CA curriculum and support continuous learning and professional growth. Qualifications

• Registered CA student (IPCC/Intermediate cleared as per ICAI requirements) or eligible candidate for articleship.
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and bookkeeping.
• Basic understanding of Indian taxation (direct and indirect), GST concepts, and audit procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfort with accounting/tax software; willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work responsibly under supervision and deadlines.
• Professional attitude, ethical conduct, and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Prior internship or practical exposure in accounting or taxation is an advantage but not mandatory.
