Holcim is seeking Cost and Management Accountants (CMA) for a 15-month articleship to join their Record-to-Report (R2R) team in Navi Mumbai, gaining hands-on experience across multiple global finance and accounting domains.

Shift Timing

• Shift 1: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Home pick-up facility provided)
• Shift 2: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM (Home drop facility provided)

Responsibilities & What You’ll Gain

• Gain hands-on experience across general accounting, treasury, fixed assets, management accounting, consolidation, and global reporting.
• Receive comprehensive exposure and training across multiple finance and accounting domains in a global setup.
• Work with advanced tools and participate in high-value processes.
• Build technical skills (costing, R2R, ERP, reporting) and soft skills (presenting insights, stakeholder communication).
• Develop a strong foundation for future roles in cost accounting, management accounting, treasury, consolidation, and financial leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

• CMA intermediate qualified (mandatory requirement).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Skills

• Strong aptitude for numbers, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and comfort with accounting/ERP software.
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
