We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Trainee to support our accounts and administrative operations. This position provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to accounts-related activities, documentation, customer communication, and organizational processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records, filings, and documentation using ON software.
• Conduct customer satisfaction calls and maintain relevant records.
• Complete tasks assigned by the reporting manager within the given timelines.
• Assist with scanning, photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
• Support the team in day-to-day accounts and administrative activities.
• Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation.
• Participate in training sessions and learn company procedures and processes.
• Follow instructions and support the team in completing assigned tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Email.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic documentation and organizational skills.

Eligibility

• Plus Two / Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
• CMA (Pursuing) candidates are preferred.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
